Bradley is a lifelong Marylander and Baltimore County resident. He is a Junior Political Science major at Towson University. Bradley currently serves as the youngest elected member in the history of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and Maryland GOP. He works as in the Baltimore County Council as a legislative aide for Councilman David Marks.

Bradley previously served as the MDFCR Political Director, Vice President of the Towson College Republican chapter, and Founding Chair of the Eastern Technical High School Teenage Republicans chapter. He serves as the Sergeant at Arms of the Eta Nu chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity, is active in his church, and is on the Board of the Perry Hall Improvement Association. He has worked and volunteered for over a dozen political campaigns and is a member of 6 Republican clubs. He served as a Page in the Maryland State Senate in 2018. Bradley is an Eagle Scout and serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster in his troop. He looks forward to an exciting 2020 election year.
